Return policy
We offer a 30-day return window, giving you the option to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, proof of purchase or receipt is required.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Depending on the type of return or exchange, you may need to use your own shipping carrier for returning the item. Detailed instructions will be provided for the return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom-made items (like personalized products), gift card and so on. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply select the product you want as a replacement and copy its name. Then, visit our exchange system and follow the provided instructions. The system will ask for the details of the new item you wish to receive.

Return Terms
As noted above, returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. Please note that sale items, gift cards, and free gifts are non-returnable after the 30-day period or if they are damaged.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
